Quick Bite #001: Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad

1 Pound Roniti Pasta
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Cup Julienne Carrots
1 Cup Good Italian Salad Dressing

Bring 4 quarts of Water to a boil and cook and drain pasta.
DO NOT rinse the pasta. Place pasta and frozen peas back into the warm pot you cooked the pasta and stir to combine, let pasta and peas sit for 5 minuted to warm the peas. Add in Carrots and Italian dressing, stir to combine. Serve as a side for you next picnic or as a light lunch.
